Good deals can be found but they no longer give refunds (only exchanges or store credit). Given they have limited stock in store & when ordering online shipping is £££ I will avoid shopping here if possible.

I'm sure this is as a result of central SDI policy and not the fault of the local store, but why, when I call the store, does the phone ring 5 or 6 times before going silent, before then (after another 15 seconds or so) being dropped. It's really poor customer service !!!

Once I worked out how the store was laid out I was able to find what I required.
Damn confusing layout but once understood excellent shop, its huge and has a very good selection.

Genuinely atrocious service. I?ve never been to a shoe store that has no one working the floor, and those that do have no expertise on the subject. There?s cost-cutting, and then there?s just blatant disrespect for your customer. I just walked out. I won?t be spending my money here.

The price on the men's jacket was completely different than at the checkout. Unprofessional approach when paying. Very little explanation why the price on the jacket was different. Very bad attitude towards customers.

The third floor . They treated me very badly. I did question for few things one lady answered so rude like she gives me free but no really I am pay for that they have to me nicely. Never ever no back to this store.

Wanted to buy a pair of trainers,great range,picked out a pair then spent 20 minutes walking around trying to find an assistant to get them.On the way out we bumped into a guy,possibly a supervisor,who then called for an employee to appear from a back room to serve us.We were not the only ones trying to find an employee in order to buy something.Being such a big business concern if I were a director I would

Dismal and moody service when shopping for football boots, 3 boots I asked in my size for and none were available. The man serving me seemed so uninterested in helping and gave the impression I was just interrupting a chat with his colleague, so I left.

Impossible to find anything now that it's moved to the HOF unit. Asked a staff member to point me in the right direction to what I was looking for and they didn't know either as it's "not their department". Gestured to a vague area in the store where I'd already looked (because it was the obvious place to check first). Left without purchasing anything as Id already spent 20 mins looking and was running late. Recommendations would be to train staff on more departments so they can actually help, or reorganize the departments so they actually make sense when you're looking for something specific.

Had a real issue here with sock sizes. When I complained to the lady behind the desk she laughed at me....so I took my complaint too two other staff members.I have emailed sports direct directly about the issue as obviously the three shop assistants didn't have capacity to fathom the issue between them.
