On entering the store all of the staff that went on to deal with me were professional, polite, helpful and very understanding especially relating to my deafness. They were patient in explaining everything regarding my eye test, what lenses were advisable and what the cost would be. I only waited seven days to collect my glasses in store and member of staff made sure they fit correctly and that I was happy with them.

Usually I use Specsavers on White Lion Street but I popped into St.Stephens Street branch Norwich whereI was greeted by a very smiley face who was very professional very considerate and then after relaying my problems they found someone to talk to directly. I was then had a Pressure test on the eye that was bothering me and an appointment made for the next day to go in and have a full eye test, when I did get there I managed to get there for too early, but then again the very lovely receptionist (and name I?m sorry I get) managed to book me in for an earlier time, I was able to be seen by a very professional optician, first name Goodwill who was exceptional, made me feel at ease, gave me lots of advice and made me realise that it wasn?t a problem with me it was a problem with my eyes. I then decided to purchase exactly what Goodwill told me, which was reaction lenses and new frames and again was seen by someone who knew exactly what he was doing, was extremely polite and pleasant and guided me into a lovely pair of specs which I?m going to be picking up soon. I just wanted to say it was a lovely day. I really enjoyed it. An excellent experience. Thankyou to all st St Stephens??

They where very friendly and kind made it a very comfy appointment answering questions no problem and patiently even had a little laugh such a great place to go and a wide range of glasses and sunglasses with a great deals for your money!

Very happy, very good experiences with the optician at the St Stephens Street branch and service from Ellena at the White Lion street branch in Norwich.
I was greeted but given time to choose my glasses and then waited a short time even though I had not made an appointment, as mentioned previously Ellena was a pleasure to deal with, explained the products, prices and services concisely and efficiently. I would recommend her and Specsavers to potential customers, friends and family.

I had a surprisingly, uplifting experience at Specsavers, Norwich,
came out knowing that my eyes had been thoroughly examined, and I had a most pleasant, friendly and encouraging young man to help me with my choice of frames and my first ever pair of prescription sun glasses, which I am really enjoying.
I could not be more satisfied with the help and expertise of the team there, and would enthusiastically recommend them to others, very well done all.

I've been wanting to write this review, and now I finally am. A few weeks ago, I visited this store and was assisted by Christopher during both my initial visit and when I collected my order. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but also very helpful and genuinely nice. The frames are fantastic, and the prices are even better. I will definitely be returning!
