My husband and I went to the branch 2 weeks ago, to order our glasses to be serviced by Luke. Luke is a credit to your branch, very attenditive and had lots of time to sort my glasses for,we asked if we would see him for our appointment today and he would see if he was working. He was and he came to serve us again today, a very pleasant and helpful and delivered excellent customer service. Hope he is still there in 2 years time.

A well-earned five-star commendation right across the board today after I visited Specsavers, White Lion Street, Norwich, for an eye test and new glasses.
Husain, the Optometrist, was the first I had ever encountered who explained each test to me so clearly and thoroughly, explaining what was happening to my eyes and what needed to be done to correct my sight.
Subsequently, Shane, the Dispenser, was extremely helpful in making the renewal of my lenses and frames an easy process.
Both members of staff were a great credit to the reputation of Specsavers and fully deserve the praise of this review.
I left the premises with good feelings of a fully accomplished, reassuring and pleasurable visit. Very many thanks!

Visited today as the arm on my glasses had come off - Molly at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful. She managed to get the issue sorted within 10 mins. Superb customer service - thank you Molly

My daughter had her sight test today and we were seen by Francis. He was thorough, patient and explained my daughter's prescription in age appropriate language (teenager).
He made sure we understood and reassured us that we were welcome back if we had any further questions. Francis made recommendations and explained why they might more suitable.
We were later assisted by a Mr Belcher (sorry I didn't catch your first name) in choosing frames. He gave us space to try various styles and demonstrated a good knowledge of the stock and popular frames for her age group.
Overall a positive experience with very little waiting times, despite it being the school holidays.

Great appointment. I had an excellent optometrist who listened to me, and explained everything to me, after having cataract surgery. And I had a lovely lady who really helped pick the right glasses for me. Great service

Took my son for an eye test yesterday and the Optometrist Francis was great. He read my son?s file and was adaptive and explained things clearly and was friendly. Really helped put him at ease. Thank you
