Visited your branch in Sainsbury?s long water on Thursday 28th March and the service was outstanding!All the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to give me amazing customer service!Shame I don?t live local to this branch, but thank you so much for your amazing staff working that day and the service that I received. The young girl front of house today was rude. I have zero tolerance on this behaviour. Like a petulant child. All wrong for the position she holds of which probably not for long with her attitude.11am today. Whoever you are you're rude, you'll be found out and re writing a new CV soon.I'll see you Monday I will be telling your director he happens to be my optician.Not so clever now.

Very disappointed and really not the usual service I have experienced. I attended for a regular contact lense check today and when I made the appointment over the phone I also requested an additional appointment for an optician to complete the eye test portion of an ML5 form (to revalidate my Boatmasters licence) this was carried out last year no problem. However once the contact lense check was completed I was handed over to a helpful lady who enquired with two other members of staff (I assume opticians) neither came to speak to me despite not having anyone with them at the time but I was told I would have to come back again for another appointment which is really inconvenient for me. It seems that there is no way of arranging this without a visit to the store because the call centre I originally spoke to only have limited ability. This all felt very dismissive and is terrible customer service. The young lady who dealt with me was very efficient and polite but clearly had no say on the matter.

My other half went in for a eye test and the guy (Faiz) that was serving knew her from another store as they used to work together....he then said I wasn't sure I recognised you due to you putting on weight. Totally unacceptable behaviour from a "professional" and Specsavers should be ashamed to have someone like that working in their store.

Amazing service. I was able to book online easily, seen next day, and no waiting around when arrived. Staff are very friendly and professional, and the optician who tested me (John) was particularly great. Thank you so much :)

Went there to have my glasses fixed as per usual the staff are very helpful, they fixed them quickly and I also bought another pair of single prescription lenses as they are just as cheap as the ones on the telly

All of them were brilliant.Sophie who made my retinal photography and diagnosis was very gentle.Riya who did the eye test was very competent and understanding.Jessica was very informative and careful.And Jeniffer took care of my glasses fitting when I went to collect them with professionalism.
