Absolutely love Smyths. The staff are always so friendly and so helpful. They handle Pokemon releases wonderfully too, making it fair for everybody.

I've been in a few times recently during the week when there's been little amount of people in and every single time I walk past the staff and larger male manager I'm instantly repulsed by the smell of BO. It smells like a sweaty gym in there. Some of the staff seem to be really ignorant and rude whilst the younger staff don't seem to have any customer service skills. There's about two decent members of staff that I've encountered.
Hygeine should be dealt with. You're selling products for children and babies.

Poor poor and poor , service was so unfriendly all I asked for was where the magician stuff is , and they didn?t even bother pointing me in the right direction, complete waste of time. whatever is the point.

Though busy for Christmas. Staff are a plenty, pleasant and helpful, which made it much more easier to shop. Will definitely be using the place again for all my toy needs.

Very friendly staff, I witnessed some customers being awkward towards a male staff member today who had asked them to not open the boxes of headphones. The customer seemed to think it was their right to open them and accused the staff member of being rude.
He was not rude in anyway and dealt with the situation extremely well. I think the customer was probably just embarrassed that she'd been caught out.
