I nipped into this Jewellers just on the off chance to see if i could buy a simple ring clip for a very old roman ring that was too big for my finger. The lady very kindly fitted a plastic wrap-around version free of charge whilst my partner chatted to the Gentleman owner who was very interested to chat and in a very fun and friendly manner was a joy to meet . I dont often review at all but do so when given such exceptional service . Thank you, we both genuinely enjoyed our interaction with this shop and will definitely return again..Thank you .

Lovely experience here, first time visiting and selected a birthday gift for myself, customer service was great, after understanding what my taste was from a few pieces I picked up they dug out some more items for me to look at which hadn?t yet been displayed. Amazing eye for detail and super friendly, great selection of old and new, definitely something for everyone here.

Called Simpsons today as my 86yr old Mum needed a ring removed as it was causing pain, they said come along & we did.When we arrived we were promptly attended to & Tony even turned the Air-conditioning up so it wasn't to hot. With in minutes he got his removal tool & quickly removed the ring to my Mother's relief & didn't charge a penny.Such Fantastic & second to none service...Thank-you so much we will be back.

ZERO customer service.I emailed requesting an appointment to sell dozens of items of inherited jewellery, valued at between £4,000 and £5,000 for probate purposes. I suggested a day which would be convenient for me. Didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply, yet they call themselves "probably the friendliest jeweller in Norwich." Really?Their loss.Took my business elsewhere.

The best jewellery shop in Norfolk, The staff are so friendly and will happily take the time to make sure you get what you want, it's a level of service you rarely see today.I'm a repeat customer and I wouldn't go anywhere else, they stock a wide range so there's something for everyone and their prices are very good.10/10 on everything.

What a great shop to buy from. Its a treasure trove of history and stunning jewellery. Money spent here is well spent.
