Very unhappy, turned up at 6:05 am in my works van people were waiting at the pumps no sign of anyone at 6:10am someone rocks up doesn't hurry him self despite people waiting this was on 21/12. Another guy said this isn't uncommon of the staff getting in late here. By 6:20am i had filled up and the cashier asked if had shell card i said yes and whilst i was paying. He took my phone off me to leave him self excellent feedback and said it would get me extra points. At the time i didn't think much of it but after i go back to the yard another driver said he the same issue at this garage. I will be reporting this to Shell directly very poor customer service and trying to cover himself for being late to work.

Had to select this place when returning my Amazon parcel. It's supposed to be a place where you don't need packaging or a label for your parcel, but when I arrived the staff member whose communication skills were severely lacking was clearly put out by this and only had small bags. I had to convince him my item would fit if I folded it carefully. It was a real faff. I would not bother using this service in the future.

Usually a decent quiet spot to get some reasonably priced fuel, staff are always friendly. But the real stand out is the bathroom here, incredibly well looked after and with extra decorations to help it feel almost as nice as at home. You can tell the staff have put in some extra effort here and it really shows. 10/10 bathroom and everything else is great as expected

Went last night with my dad and the staff member was rude my dad filled up 10 pounds 27 pence in the car I handed over 27 pence in 5ps and 2ps like we normally do and a 20 pound note the staff said I cant except change as easier for me and because of covid so seeming we go every week and the the other staff like change as they run out quick and many times say thankyou for the change to which i told him this and he said well I'm not them I'm not excepting your change to which i handed him the 20 pound note for him to take ages handing me 9 pounds seventy three pence all in 50ps 20ps 10ps 5ps which he hat to use a calculator to work out the change and I said I'm not excepting all that and he replied tuff im the staff your the customer his English wasnt that good either I did call him a clown and walked out to my dad to which my dad went back in and said he is not accepting all that change and the man hat to re count the money he gave using a calculator and handed my dad a 10 pound note which he could of just done in the first place poor service and rude staff
