Awful customer service department. They allow you 7 days to change an order but when you try to contact them by email as per their website, they do not respond.Ringing them up is pointless as it they are useless and send you a link which is exactly what I?m complaining about!Probably will have to initiate a charge back to my card.Avoid

Myself and my partner are in the process of buying a new build and we came into store today to get ideas for sofas we like and the prices. We haven?t bought a sofa yet from yourselves but honestly we were amazed just from the service alone by Thomas. Upon entering he was very attentive and greeted us, asked how he can help and after chatting he named a few sofas he thought we would like and told us where in store they are located. Even after mentioning we wouldn?t be looking to buy until around summer time he still took so much care in explaining the delivery times, what stock would be like and how he would be happy to help us when we return to buy. He didn?t pressure us into making a purchase today! We did go to other stores in the retail park and honestly, not one of them approached us the whole time we were there. Thomas, I?ve noted down the sofas we like and I look forward to meeting again! Thank you for your top service today :)

Do not buy from Scs. They have 3 stars for a very good reason. Once they have made the sale they do not care about the product they are selling. The manager of the store is rude when you put forward a valid complaint, argumentative and condescending. When I asked about the cat friendly fabric sofa which is covered in scratches I was corrected to pet friendly and cats walk on their paws, not helpful. So I guess they are referring to fish friendly? I am now left with a £1,800 sofa and chair which is not 'pet friendly' and the insurance covers a cat to scratch it once and walk away which you must report in 72 hours so keep the clock ticking. Unlike the advise from the salesman who openly advises to pour a glass of wine on it and you will get a new one and the insurance covers all damage as many times as you like. Clearly I should have noted the dishonestly at this point and not made a purchase. Hard expensive lesson learnt so do not buy from this company. Please can I have my 10 year old sofa back which was pet friendly with no damage. Unlike my 3 month old sofa that is upsetting to look at.

Been here today and definitely won't be returning.As per previous reviews, I was greeted by a young man who was busy with another client.He duley called another to assist us who happened to be the same man who was on the phone taking payment from another customer, ended his call and walked in the opposite direction instead of to help us.Once with us as before mentioned tryed to sell me underlay at 12.99 PSM saying it was his cheapest but 1 which was rubber and not good for the carpet we selected.We explained we needed it within 3 weeks maximum which he said he could do but after all our details were logged told us carpet would be delivered to his store at MY expense 2 days before my latest possible time.His maths also didn't add up as apparently 12sm of 12.99 underlay only costs 50 quid......not when I went to school it didn't.You guys need to get a new manager as this guy will cost you your reputation very soon.

If I could give no stars then I would. Great sofa but it?s been squeaking ever since iv had it they have sent their own technician out 5 times that says there?s nothing he can do apart from tighten some bolts, and it?s always going to squeak. Third-party came out an he need to replace things that the SCS Technician missed. Now they are saying there?s nothing they can do. What do I do???..

Less than half a star, absolutely disgusted. Having taken my elderly mother to SCS to have a look at carpets I can without a doubt say I will never set foot in that shop again. After a very pleasant conversation with a nice young man, we browsed and easily made a selection - another equally polite young man informed us that he had only been with the company 3 weeks and would get, what appeared to be either the manager or a senior member of staff as he was not in uniform, to help us. This man was quite happy to take the particulars of the selected product, rubbed his grubby little mitts together as he advised on what he assured us was the cheapest underlay and eagerly booked a surveyor to measure up, fully quoted and basically demanded a deposit, baring in mind the price of the carpet could change after accurate measurements was this deposit refundable I asked, no is the answer as apparently this is a gentleman's agreement that you will go ahead with the purchase even if they up the price. Serious alarm bells start ringing so we asked for a few minutes to think about this, which was fine until I asked for a breakdown of what he was attempting to charge us for so I could compare it to a previous quote. He spouted off the individual prices and conveniently closed the application on the tablet he was using, told me he couldn't print the quote or even email it until the purchase had been made. I'm quite good at maths so knew the numbers didn't quite add up and on checking their website found that he had, as suspected, bare face lied about the cost (being the cheapest) of the underlay which makes you wonder what other rip offs he was trying to get away with. Stupid thing is had he been upfront his quote would have been cheaper than previous but he has now lost the company our business.

Michael was very knowlgeable about the products he was selling.. he also made it easier for us to shop for the furniture we wanted. Instead of looking and sitting on everything in the store.
