I went into Schu Norwich quite late in the evening last week. I had already chosen what trainers I was going to buy. Immediately I had a young man , named Josh, ask me if I needed anything or was just browsing. I asked for my size and he brought it out very promptly, was incredibly kind and personable and the whole transaction was done quickly and with a smile. He made the short and fruitful trip all the more enjoyable with his smile, knowledge and great customer service. It was a very enjoyable experience

Visited the store today and had a fantastic experience with my son buying new trainers for him. Hayden did such an amazing job that we ended up buying 2 pairs. He was excellent on understanding how to speak to my 10 year old using the new lingo that age like to use. A real star on your hands Schuh.

Always bought my shoes here but won't be doing so any more, went in and bought some Nike's, I had no clue that this pair of Nikes were known for being uncomfortable and the faux leather not breaking in as it should and spent a week in pain wearing them around the house. Decided I couldn't put up with them any longer and brought them back to the store for credit in perfect condition a week later having only worn them inside. To my surprise the supervisor handling this was really snotty about it and must have been having a bad day or something and was really reluctant to actually do this for us even though this is was their return policy, the supervisor claimed that they had to be defective to be returned. I had to stand my ground and point out/explain that they were defective and this was a known issue with these shoes (google nike court vision trainers painful) as it was only really painful in the left shoe and the right one was fine. The supervisor eventually gave in and refunded it to a gift card for me but made it very clear that this was an unwelcome thing and they weren't happy about doing this. The supervisor then proceeded to ignore us when I wanted to buy another pair of shoes with the credit and I just left. I'll probably just find another branch or go online but never shopping here again.
The only saving grace is the other floor staff were perfectly pleasant and kind.
Make sure you research the shoes you want before you buy them as if there are any problems with them you might not actually get your money back unless you're prepared to argue with the staff.

Always greeted by positive, friendly staff with a smile. On hand to help whenever needed. Found a pair I liked. Asked for 2 sizes to try on and they were with me within 2 mins. Once happy they brought the card machine to me. Offered a digital receipt and wished me the very best for my day.Highly recommended and their staffs warm and approachable manner, really make the difference to the service offered ? ??

Very helpful staff. Shopping with my wife today looking for some winter boots. The staff made her feel welcome and went the extra mile to help her find what she needed. Having visited Clarks in Norwich earlier and had a terrible experience it was refreshing to meet some attentive people. Well done and thank you.
