We had a very positive experience with Savills in purchasing our new home. We registered our interest with the Norwich branch and felt they had excellent local knowledge and took the time to work out how our budget could or couldn?t be stretched and type of style inside and out of property we liked. This meant that we were sent only appropriate possible houses which made our search much easier. We would highly recommend Natalie Howlett-Clarke who was very friendly, knowledgeable and always happy to help with a ?can do? attitude and very responsive to messages and emails. If we need to, we would certainly use Savills in Norwich again in the future.

We used Savills Norwich for the sale of our house in South Lopham. Natalie had sold the house to us 5 years ago, so it was an easy decision to come full circle and use Savills again. Tom came to value and bringing the house to the market was straightforward.We had a very long chain covering areas all over the country. After several months, the agents even created a WhatsApp group to keep up do date with progress. Natalie was not only so patient with the parties and agents involved, but kept us all sane.We finally made it to completion. I would highly recommend Savills Norwich.NC

Brilliant service from the team during our recent house purchase. We moved from some distance away, but they were always willing to meet us on site, arrange for tradesmen in our absence and responded to emails quickly. My husband and I recently purchased a property which was on the market with Savills, Norwich branch. Having dealt with many estate agents in the past, I can honestly say that the service provided (by Polly in particular) was second to none. Polly kept us up to date with the chain on a weekly basis, chased queries, was very knowledgeable and ensured our target completion date was adhered to. I never thought I would say I'd recommend an estate agent, but I would recommend Savills Norwich.
