Just about everything household/clothes and food wise under one roof.Staff were helpful when looking for a couple of items.

Normally love this shop but the toilets are absolutely disgusting. It smelt so bad, loads of toilet paper on the floor, what I hope is water all over the floor, half the lights don?t work, hangers on the doors all broken off, wet floor sign on the floor. My step son used the men?s toilets, every cubicle was shut which was inconvenient for him. Disabled toilet shut (with signs barricading the door, so couldn?t even get in to change my daughter). And cafe toilets shut.
The rest of the store is lovely, shame they don?t put more effort into keeping the toilets properly maintained.

Seeme yo uphold the old traditions of customer service, people say good morning, the store is clean and always tidy, and they more importantly always seem to be stocked. Cannot fault it, I even drive past an Asda and others to get here.

It's a Biggie, bugger than our previous local Sainsbury's in North Walsham, but very handy if you've been using the Costessey park and ride. Everything you'd expect from Sainsbury's, except no delicious Muchos anymore.

I like Sainsbury's to shop at, however, going on a Monday as we do. Is not a good day for fruit and salad items. The shelves are always empty. It's not good enough when you end up going to Aldi across the road to get what you can't get at Sainsbury. It's no
price matching Aldi, you need to have the stock.

Disgraceful!!
Avoid the Smartscan app because if you make a mistake with it you will end up getting yourself a lifetime ban from Sainsburys. Intimidating manager not willing to listen.
