It's okay. Things keep getting moved around which doesn't make sense. Some of the staff at the self service tills are excellent apart from one middle aged lady who just stands and gossips and really seems to begrudge doing her job. I don't think she knows how to smile!

The shop is ok but the click and collect system is terrible. You have to press a button to call on arrival and it takes them forever to answer, it takes even longer to bring the shopping out!
I've used it several times and it can take up to 20-30 minutes to get your shopping. Never use this service if you are in a hurry!

Not enough staff and too much self check out. The staff that are left, if you manage to find one, are becoming increasingly surly and unhelpful.

The shop itself is good with friendly staff, clear layout and good stock levels. The click and collect service is, however, diabolical. It used to be very efficient- a van in the car park with each hour?s orders packed on. Quick, easy and efficient. Now there is a 2 bay intercom system which regularly has people queuing up waiting for their shopping which should already be prepared for them. Shocking service.

Have not used this Sainsbury?s for a long time but was shocked at how dirty the self checkout?s were, was glad all my products were wrapped.
