Unfortunately we had the displeasure tonight of being served by the rude member of staff as per previous comments. He was rude to my partner, asking him to move away and became aggressive afterwards. Shortly after when asked for help by another customer he shouted at him and called him names in front of number of customers and staff.
We are Sainsbury?s customers, thankfully not at this shop and we won?t be returning. We did speak to the manager afterwards but looking at the previous reviews, this is something that?s been going on there for a long time and it has not been addressed. Very poor customer service indeed!

Produce is always fresh, and I find they're rarely out of stock for things I'm looking for.

Our local supermarket that we use to go to almost daily. The lack of staffing on the self checkouts is beyond farcical. Often only one staff member during peak times dealing with both sets of self service tills. Customers getting more and more irate waiting. They even have to do the self scanning checks as well, which can hold up the sole staff member for 5 minutes or so.
Have started going to Aldi and Asda. Always 2 or 3 staff at the self checkouts hovering ready to help.

Come here every week and usually don't have any problems, sometimes their shelves can be empty of certain items which can be rather frustrating and they don't always have fresh fruit and vegetables available later on in the day. They also change the layout and move things around the store randomly which is a further frustration.

Shocking. No tills open with people on after 6pm. Massive queues. 1 person covering all self scans. Disgraceful attention to customer service from management.

Would give 0 if I could. Had a staff member called Matt become aggressive and unprofessional at the self check out. He is an employee by the way. Tells me to move when I asked for help. I move and he starts becoming rude and aggressive. Refusing to serve me saying I?m being rude when I wasn?t. All I did was ask for help. He then was refusing to give me service and provide me with a manager. Never have I ever been treated like this after a long shift a work. I wouldn?t use this store, due to the staff. It?s a convenient store with problems with customer service. So disappointed. Guy was clearly just on one this night. I feel sorry for anyone who he has done this too before. Sorry for the review to all the store but when this behaviour is tolerated it will keep happening.

Pretty big supermarket, quite good for more obscure stuff pretty close to the town centre.
