Great service from uber friendly helpful and professional staff. The shop always has what I need & the team will always be on hand to help/advise.
I needed some paper urgently & really value that I could pop into town and get some from Rymans.
I strongly believe we need high street shops to survive so we have access to supplies of the products we need, locally rather than buying everything online!

I came into the store on Wednesday last week and was served by a girl called Sophie who I think was the Supervisor?, she had excellent customer service and made me feel very welcome into the store. I was struggling with putting my printer ink into my printer and she went above and beyond to let me leave it with her so she could sort this out for me, now got my printer home and working top notch again.
I honestly couldn?t recommend the store enough if I tried, Thank you Sophie and the team at Rymans.

Just telephoned Norwich store for some information re whether a particular product was in stock or not.
Man who answered was able to answer immediately, was very cheerful and helpful (even though, or perhaps because, it was nearly closing time!)
This has encouraged me to visit the store this week! Thank you.

Unhelpful and condescending staff members Justin and Steven made for a very unpleasant experience today unfortunately. I am a business owner who ships hundreds of parcels a week, a customer specifically requested an item going to Holland was shipped via DHL who I don't normally use. I set up the parcel online and was given a barcode to go in store and drop off but wanted to make sure the DHL box selected was suitable for the item being sent, after calling DHL they said it would be fine to pop in store and collect a box so I could check it and pack the parcel at my business premises only to be told by the staff members parcels could only be packed in store and that I wasn't even allowed to touch the box with various underhanded and condescending comments towards myself and any questions I had. I have cancelled the parcel drop off at Ryman and booked a collection with DHL from my business instead.

Regarding the Norwich store,this is a wonderful shop,amazing stock,all the staff are very helpful and friendly especially Jordan who has always helped me with my photo copies. Excellent service.

Their photocopy pricing needs to be looked at ASAP. £5+ for 8 pages, seriously??? And the girl who served me was rushing to print it out instead of waiting for me to tell her how many copies I needed. Ended up having 2 extra copies of something I didn't need at all but of course paid regardless, that should've been tracked by her accordingly. She was utterly clueless. She even left half my prints behind in the machine and the other guy brought it around who I wish had served me to begin with. How hard is this job, really? The whole experience was unnecessarily messy. What can you do? Not much, I'm guessing. If you're going to employ young girls who really aren't into the job, you must at least make sure they're well trained. Typical Norwich experience.
