Lovely people, we went in looking for something specific and the lady helped with every obscure request we had, she even looked in the back and found the perfect thing we needed. Very helpful and kind!

Very disappointed,purchased 2 worcester figures from here(not cheap)Asked the question,are they perfect?was told yes.But both have been repaired,I can't get back to shop,so have redonated them locally with notes attached.Buyer beware.At least I donated 38 pounds to charity.

Great charity shop I walk past when getting off the bus from the bus station. The prices have had to change with the times (as with most shops) but they have kept prices reasonable and fair. They do some wonderful themed windows either to a season or with a theme relevant for Norwich at the time of the window being done. The staff over time are lovely and have made me feel welcome for over 11 years. Thank you.

Please be aware of this shop. After I looked around and found a bracelet the manageress decided she didn't want to sell it for the advertised price please please please be careful with these snakes. So made up something about checking the price and then threatened me and called the police. Avoid at all costs

Dereham shop ridiculous well over priced by 100-200%. Whoever does the valuing does not have a clue. Stuff in cabinets there for weeks and on shelves. Auction is cheaper. Charity shop no chance. Run like a business and is a Business. Have seen 60% lower prices in charity shops in Regent St London.
