Not a regular user of this place, just Pop in a we were passing, was like a small town within a town. Good sized and well stocked Roy's together with a number of smaller shops. Picturesque free car park, toilet facilities too.

Well stocked shop, but a lot of items cheaper elsewhere, good range of seasonal plants.

First time in Roys, who are big in Norfolk. Found the prices on quite a lot of things to be competitive with the big supermarkets, which was pleasantly surprising.

There is no Beccles location on Yelp so I am writing on here. Roys of Beccles the staff is stuck up and not helpful at all. I asked a question that the young female should know the answer to in the appearel dept. I then went to pay for items, I didnt have anything smaller then a 20 pound note, my bill was under 8 plus 48p. I gave the cashier 20.50 because I didnt want lots of change and a higher note count. She was rude and condescending saying there was no point in me giving her 50p because she had to give it back. Ummm NO, I would have gotten higher notes plus 2p. I didnt want to cause a scene and say something so I carried on after got the change I didnt want. The staff need to get an update on how to be towards paying customers or get a different job.

It has everything you need but shop is a little outdated, Needs a freshen up. Did have a nice fresh donuts but no longer do them ? One the main reasons I visited.

Roys of Bowthorpe is located at NR5 9HA. Comparing with Roys of Wroxham, it is smaller in size. However, some favorite seafood products, like lobster, can also be found. Plenty of car parking spaces with unlimited no. of hours parking.

Great shop, friendly staff. Staff always say hello to you. It has alot to offer. They worked hard during lock down and kept us safe.

I absolutely love this shop. It's the heart of the bowthorpe community, the staff are just lovely and they sell everything you could ever need, without needing to get in the car and drive to an out of town retail area. Thank you Roy's, please never shut down.

It's okay. The area is very run down and hasn't seen alot of activity for a few years. The Roy's is just okay. Good size. Lots of items in there. Fruit and veg was all closed when we last went in though

Soulless group of shops: an indifferent café, a hairdressers, an undertaker, a scruffy pub, a pet supplies shop, a supermarket (Roys). Definitely not a destination. Quick in and out

Once you?ve figured out the car park layout, this is a good Roy?s, had exactly what I wanted which saved me a drive to a more expensive big Orange store.
