We asked and paid for 2 full English breakfast with a cup of tea.
We were served with the tea, but no breakfast .After a good 1/2 hour wait and watching other people get served. It was obvious we were forgotten about, we gave up and asked for money back.
Not a good experience, will not be going back.

Firstly a mat blocking the door left me unable to open it without squeezing my leg in kick it away whilst staff did not bother to sort it out
Secondly, we went to the counter to order, was greeted by a shaking head and a face that screamed ?can you not see I?m not ready despite being past the opening time, and you don?t deserve a greeting because I?m slacking at my job? then by actually being told ?you may as well sit down for a few minutes, because I?m not even ready? as she fumbled coins into the register making it feel like it was our fault we couldn?t order and that we were the problem.
This was 5/10 minutes after opening which you would not expect on a well trained, customer focussed operation

Visited here a couple of times over last few months and both times I have been very impressed with the service and drinks. The first time I was served by a lovely man who was friendly. He really took the time and care whilst making my black forest hot chocolate and it tasted really good, was so nice to get a drink where you could actually taste the syrup for once! The second time I was served by a girl called Molly and again she was very friendly, she made more conversation with me than what would be considered standard and she made sure to check how everything was. I also had another lady called Jo who came over to check how everything was and to see if she could get me anything else. Staff are very attentive. I have had the BLT sandwich both times and its very reasonably priced at just £4! there is a great choice of sandwiches and paninis etc which are far cheaper than most cafes. They also have a really extensive variety of syrups for coffees/hot chocolates available
Parking: Loads of free parking space,never a problem to park

We LOVE this cafe. They do a LOVELY all day breakfast & at a reasonable price. But they do have other food there too & a take away option if you choose. There's a coffee machine so you can have a cappuccino, Mocha, espresso etc or go for a good old cuppa tea. Soft drinks also. The staff are brilliant & really friendly. The cafe is busy during lunch times. But the atmosphere is relaxed & good. There's toilets for customers & its all 1 level so is wheelchair friendly.
We visit once a fortnight. Sometimes every week if we want a real treat.
Dietary restrictions: Staff asked if we had any allergies etc If they forget for some reason, I know they'd be more than happy if you said to them.
Parking: Big car park with PLENTY of places for the whole centre.
Kid-friendliness: Families are more than welcome. Just don't let the kids wonder into the kitchen area parents.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes this is wheelchair friendly

Fabulous place to stop off for breakfast or lunch. It's nice it has a bit of outside seating too. Really good breakfast and nice light lunches. Food is very good and a great price. Staff are nice and friendly too.

Big breakfast was lovely, fresh tasty ingredients, and cooked to perfection! Large latte was excellent as well. Staff were super friendly, and very attentive, would highly recommend!

Fantastic cafe and can't sing their praises enough. Been in a few times with my wife and our baby boy (who's a hit with the ladies I might add). Came in today and they had no full fat coke. My boy needed a feed but didn't want to seem rude by taking up a seat without buying anything but they said its ok for my wife to get something from the bakery across the way and have it there
