Went into the store yesterday for new keys to be cut as no hardware stores near where i live. Superb service by the staff. It is a pity other shops don't give the service this shop does. The prices were excellent as I thought the key cutting service would have been more expensive. Thank you.

My seemingly beyond-the-grave boots were given major surgery by Richardson's cobbler and are now like new...Restitched reheeled conditioned Plus a sizable leather transplant!All for well under £20. Fantastic communication and very cheerful service by all. Long live Richardson - a fine Norwich business!!
