This shop really needs to have pull along baskets as the ones they have are horrible to hold especially if you have a lot of shopping and the majority of them have holes all in so really need to update the baskets

One star because of the customer service bot. All I wanted to do was live chat with an actual person. But no, because I wouldn't give my email; because it is irrelivant to my query, and I don't see why I should give it, and then be bomarded with nonsense and spam in my inbox. Sort it out. If we ask to speak to a human, then put us through to one. I now am left without an answer, and i'm not happy!!

Visited Primark around 11:30 today and got served by (I think) Nicole ? she was pretty rude, didn?t smile or say much, just looked miserable the whole time. Not a great experience. Also, can?t believe how high the prices are now for the same low-quality fast fashion. Definitely not worth it anymore.

I just had the pleasure of being served by Kerry on Level 2 (Men) very personable along with the other ladies who were all friendly and bubbly. Senior Management should be proud of such amazing employees. Made for the shopping experience an even more enjoyable one.

0 stars due to poor customer service. I tried to swap some shorts that were too small, my mistake naturally but why theres also Euro sizes is beyond me. Without the receipt they wouldn't let me swap an item for one in my actual size. This strict policy is not very customer friendly its not like im asking for a lot. Will never shop with them again hope it was worth losing a customer over it.

Awful came in today at 6.50pm my sisters new born was rushed into hospital unconscious which caused enough stress as it was I had left my charger at the hospital so decided before traveling 3 hours home with a 3 year old an dead phone that I would pop into primark an get a wire to do the justice upon searching without my glasses I was struggling to see the cables there was 4/5 staff on the middle floor 1 being a manager I thought I would ask her for help an was totally turned away she couldn't even be bothered to help me couldnt leave her desk she reckons even tho she was chatty to the member or staff beside her unwork related find this also totaly rude. instead pointed after I explained I couldn't see so she was completely no help her customer service was awful I hope she wouldn't treat the disabled like this . Blonde hair think she had glasses could see a black blur line I could be wrong an a black top luckily now I'm at My friends where I have a spare pair of lenses I can write this review because quite frankly you should be ashamed of yourself I'm severely autistic an you caused me to have a mental breakdown because of how unhelpful an useless you was on something that could of took you a minute, on the other hand big up to the tall security guard in black clothing didn't catch his name but did a better job than the manager of the store took me to the chargers an even got me the write cable because I couldn't see which one I needed so massive praise for you for taking your time an helping me an even saying hello to my 3 year old when other staff ignored her you are clearly the best one there

Primark has the most pathetic rule, I want an underwear set and I?m a 36C and I?m size small in a thong or panties but they refuse to sell it to me because the bra has to be with large undies meanie I?ll have a bra that fit me but not the underwear so it?s not a matching set at all. The only way I?ll be able to have it matching is if I buy 2 sets one that fits my boobs and one that fits my bottom half meaning I?m spending double then the original price, why should I bother with such a pathetic primark rule? this isn?t fair and is wrong this needs to be changed

I had a terrible experience at Primark and will never shop there again. My friend and I purchased £40 worth of clothes, but the cashier didn?t even bother giving us a receipt ? they just said ?bye.? As we were leaving the store, the security guard suddenly stopped us, accused us of stealing, and took the shopping bag out of my hand without any explanation.
I was so shocked and embarrassed by this treatment that I just walked away. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable. I?ll be taking my business elsewhere and would not recommend this store to anyone.
