I love Pret food and coffee, but the toilets in the Norwich one need a facelift. Why are they so gross, a revamp is needed ?

I went in the norwich on the hay market and the service was awful got the oder wrong asked for an oat milk cappuccino got a black coffee it was supposed to be a cappuccino and when they made it it was ordernery coffee with frothed milk and it was horrible had to leave it also ordered 2 mince pies and only got one never... read full comment

It is a perfect place, very good and respectful staff, place is usually clean and tidy.
