Looked after my Dad so well and with such care and patience. Very friendly, patient, sympathetic and kind. Would recommend. Thank you to all of you who cared so well for my Dad.

Superb service. Always arrive on time, friendly and cheerful.Nothing is too much trouble. Very caring and understanding of my husbands needs.My husband didn't want Carers but now he looks forward to it and is starting to chat to the carers (very unusual for him!)So helpful and happy to chat if I have questions.Very highly recommended.

THE WORST Agency in Norfolk!Do not arrive on time, do not care about people and mess up medication.Avoid Prestige - another terrible agency.

I cannot fault Prestige carers for the professionalism and respect they gave my mum in the last weeks of her life ...... they were wonderful ....always on time and very caring !!!

it used to be much better than it is now, i personally wouldnt recommend as they don't have many shifts
