Location is great, breakfast good and rooms decent. Only thing is you have to pay for parking which is strange!

They used to be ok, but when price goes up almost £300 for NO REASON WHATSOEVER ITS TIME TO AVOID
Was booking for 2025 and there are no events on at the showground or anything else.
Comfortable and great wifi. This is the 2nd premier inn I have stopped in.. I would suggest that a lift is installed sooner than later as the stairs are quite steep and if possible the building is joined with the restaurant next door (if owned by same group) I've no complaints about the service or food offered.

As far as the premier inn goes, it's one more, does its job and it is what it is. Not a five star because it's summer and the provided fan was just useless. Couldn't blow a candle off. I know they all can't have aircon (some premier Inns do have them), however, don't be stingy on the fans! :).

Beth is the greatest Hotel Manager I?ve met in the premier inn business thus far, professionalism is unmatched and such kind eye contact! If anyone?s up for promotion it?s Beth.

Needs updating badly. No air-conditioning. WiFi terrible. Food just about edible. Less on the plate for more money. The floor in the restaurant is like hlue your shoes stick to it. The seating outside has rotted.
There is rats ? out side of the Restaurant anyone afraid of Rats this is not the place for you. I won't be staying there again. To expensive for what it is . Premmier is mot a budget hotel anymore. You pay , £15 if you arrive early. It is a shame how they have gone since covid. Down hill

Arrived on a very hot Friday evening ( 27 June ) to a very warm welcome from the young pleasant receptionist. She was very helpful on local knowledge & helped me with the wifi

I stay here every six to eight weeks , for one or two nights. Staff are always welcoming . Rooms are always clean and beds comfy . Perhaps air con would be a good upgrade to consider in the future . Special mention to Beth and Tracey in their handling of a car park charge .

It has been three months I am choosing to be booked in this hotel via my company on a weekly basis.
I am in the area working on a major infrastructure project and this hotel has a very advantageous location being on the A47 ring road with quick access to a lot of routes around Norwich. Retail park is next door as well. Parking is included if you are a patron. Breakfast is quite good and the coffee machine does make actual espresso. The rooms are spacious enough and were recently updated with new comfy sofas.
The greatest asset here is actually the staff. They have all been very friendly and accommodating with everything.
Very happy staying here overall.

I was attending an event at the Norwich Showground, which is miles outside of town, but this Premier Inn is located over the road from the main gates, so perfect for an early start. The room had every basic thing you'd expect, from single serving tea and coffee to a set of towels and spare pillow to shower gel and hand soap (no extra luxuries like shampoo, conditioner, body lotion if that's what you're used to in other places). The staff were very friendly and helpful and I was able to leave my bag with them after checkout to make it lighter on me to attend the show.
I did not eat at the adjacent restaurant, but there's a popular fast food drive through/diner a short walk away... But there's nothing much in the way of pedestrian egress, so getting across the busy roundabout can take as long as it takes for a break in the traffic!
It's just off a major bus route and there's a modest sized car park for customers and restaurant patrons, although I did notice parking charges apply in some situations, so check first.
I'd be happy to stay here again, it was just right for my needs.

I arrived late on Saturday evening. Beth greeted me and was amazing.. friendly, chatty and totally professional. She's a credit to your business. She advised if I was quick id still make the restaurant. The room is what you'd expect. Comfortable, and with just what you need.
