Clean and well kept hotel. Very easy to find and to park. Staff super helpful and friendly. Will definitely use this hotel again.Sherrie at reception was really helpful and made us feel extremely welcome. She was happy to help us out with advice about the local area, what to see and recommended not driving into the city centre, the Hotel is on a main bus route into town so it?s very convenient. We used the adjoining pub for breakfast which was pretty much the same as all Premier Inns but there are other places very close by which we also used if you would prefer to venture across the road. The only slight demerit is that the room didn?t have aircon which wasn?t an issue in February but could be during summer.Having said that I would rank this as one of the best and certainly the most welcoming friendly Premier Inn we have used.Nearby activities: Norwich city centre is nice especially the cathedral, just don?t drive there!River green very pleasant with lots of local pubs backing onto the river.Wroxham and Hoveton are very pretty towns on the broads, well worth a 20 minute drive.Noteworthy details: The most welcoming friendly staff at any Premier Inn ever! Thanks Sherrie.

Put here by Loganair after flight cancellation at Norwich Airport. Bit of a trek across town. Hotel was fine.

A reliable chain of hotels that are never going to disappoint. We go for the upgrade as it provides better accommodation. The restaurants are great for good quality food af reasonable prices without the worry of going to far out of your way.

Hotel room was ok, bed side lights didn?t work but apart from that was alright. The bloke at reception booked us in for dinner and breakfast but when we went to both we weren?t booked in so I wouldn?t trust the reception as they are a bit simple. As for the breakfast, it was very busy with barely any food out on the hot plate so just having to wait. Plates and cutlery were also dirty. The restaurant is also open to people who aren?t staying at the hotel which makes it extra busy so alongside the wait to pile your plate you will be waiting in the mile long Que if you want to go up again for some more.Lots of crying children also make it very noisy and many tables are left uncleared for too long.

This is pretty decent but there's absolutely nothing to do in the immediate vicinity.

The premier inn was comfy, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the part I was in was clean, tidy and bright, the car park was large enough, unfortunately there is a however and again its to do with the WiFi, even though they have 2 types, free and premium , I have tried both of these and they are the same speed, slow and sluggish, just improve the free one and scrap the premium, also this is another premier inn that doesn't have electric razor charging points in the bathroom

The good bits: The room was clean. It is an easy walking distance to the city centre. The staff, despite issues below, were actually very sweet. Disabled access looked good throughout although there is the usual detour to the lift. Room was quiet. The bad: The restaurant was deeply awful. Breakfast was probably a health hazard as most of it was either - stale when supposed to be fresh or lukewarm when supposed to be hot. The "fresh fruit" was barely defrosted. The dinner, more fool me for eating there, was like eating a lump of lard with hints of what was said on the menu. WiFi was patchy, even with the upgrade that they charge you for. I felt the bed was lumpy and pillows oddly chunky.Other bits to know: Norwich traffic is hell-ish. I've had easier times on the North Circular in rush hour. This is not the hotel's fault but worth knowing. There is parking on site, it does cost, but actually isn't too pricey. Pay on exit, a camera tracks your car.Would I stay again? No, never. Even the genuinely sweet and kind front of house staff cannot cover up that this is a not a good place to stay.Walkability: walking distance to the city centre

Ah good old Premier Inn! The staff always greet you with a smile, the rooms are clean and tidy and the best most comfortable beds ever. It seems to be our go to after a very poor B & B experience. With a Premier Inn around the corner I'm beginning to wonder why we even bother looking for alternatives.Well done Premier Inn!

Had a one night stay 2.12.2023 was greeted by Azad and Alex who were both friendly and helpful so thank you to both. They explained all qe needed to know about our stay. The hotel is clean and the beds are very comfortable. Would highly recommend and will certainly stay at Premier again.
