Love premier inn. I stay in the weekly with work. Staff are always amazing. Beds are so comfortable that it's always the best nights sleep I get in the week. Breakfast is lovely, and the standard is always the same, whatever premier inn I stay in. I don't normally have an evening meal in the hotel but I did here for both nights of my stay. The steak was cooked to perfection, 5 stars for the chef. Parking is not free, but the multi-storey on the same street is accessible and only a short walk to the hotel. Cost me about £11 for 15 hours.

Rooms service and location excellent, parking a bit tricky. Take the first right after the hotel, drive around the back ncp charge £10 for overnight. Staff were fantastic, particularly the morning that I left, I needed a document and they printed it off for me. 5 star service. Thank

definatly my favourite premier inn in norwich so far and after 18 months of coming here still is parking is only 10 per day and everything you need in walking distance ?

The hotel isn't as central as it claims, It sits just on the outskirts of the town centre in an area covered in graffiti.Rooms: The rooms are the bog-standard Premier Inn affair

Clean and comfortable. Tomatoes and egg slightly tasteless. And poor choice of beers. Also port unavailable ...

A lovely place, friendly, helpful staff, great breakfast buffet, the only downside is the bar shuts a bit too early..?Rooms: Lovely comfortable rooms, limited on bathroom products, so bring your own.Walkability: Central location ?Food & drinks: Great breakfast and choice.

It's a premier Inn, only issue is the parking is just before the hotel on a one way system - a pain if you don't

No complaints other than the patchy wifi!Rooms: Perfectly decent. Nice and clean.Safety: There are like three locked doors to get through before you get to your room and the windows only open like 20cm.Walkability: Right by kind of everything in the centre of Norwich.Food & drinks: They serve breakfast and dinner although we didn?t bother with either as it was a flying visit.Noteworthy details: Nice bath :)

A great value for money hotel. Unlike a lot of budget hotels it has an on site bar and restaurant which was handy. Rooms are clean and functional as you would expect from a Premier Inn. They are a little bit sparing with the tea, coffee and towels would be my only criticism but these can be obtained from the reception if required.

Good location and clean rooms.Restaurant was cold in the evening for dinner, service extremely poor,I had steak which was lovely, the chips, tomato and mushroom with it however was burnt. At breakfast, nothing great, again service not great.Sadly management need to look at calibre of staff and numbers on duty.Food & drinks: Poor standards

The room was clean, comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast selection was good and we ate well. The staff were helpful and friendly. The location was perfect and everything was in easy walking distance. All round it was a great stay.
