Have now visited this Post Office several times and each time have been very impressed by the friendliness of the staff and high level of customer service. Yesterday was no exception! The team could not have done enough to help me get my last minute parcels sent, including unravelling a roll of gift wrap that I had managed to get into a right tangle! Their patience was on another level during such a busy time and I can't thank them enough! Pete (Co-owner) and Tiffany (Manager) you and your team are all amazing. Well done for making your Post Office a happy place to visit. See you again soon. Jenny

Best post office ever! So lucky to have this great shop and services so close to home. Popped in during my lunch break today to get something printed and sent tracked delivery. Awesome service, friendly and efficient ??

The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Today my little one was having a difficult time in the pram while I waited in line. A kind employee noticed my baby was stressed and offered to open his till at the front of the shop in order to get me served more quickly. Brilliant customer service. Thank you again!

Five star service at this post office, Pete is brilliant, super friendly and efficient. They do a selection of packing items, gifts etc.. They also have a drop and go option and Evri too.

It's a busy small Post Office and sometimes there is a long queue, but the staff are friendly and helpful. They really seem to care about their customers, and somehow manage to stay cheerful. Recommended.

Popped in to return some Sky equipment following some pretty dismal service from Sky.I was met with a great service at this PO, Pete was super helpful and got all the equipment boxed up, return label printed and all postage arranged.Fantastic service!

This is my go to post office, no matter how far I am from the location. Staff are really friendly and have always been helpful, especially when I bring in the big packages. I would recommend using their service.

1) My husband and I visited Earlham House Post Office (NR2 3PD) on 14 September, 2023 at around 11:20am to post a parcel of an amplifier.2) We were very disappointed with the service we received. The lady who served us was senior to the other lady at the second counter at the post office.3) We were unable to place the parcel properly on the scales, as many other items on display next to the scales interfered with the big parcel. Unfortunately, this seemed to have put her in a bad mood, and she gave us a dark look that made us feel very uncomfortable.4) When we asked the price, she rapid-fired something like ?Parcel Force express 48 19.75.? This left us confused, and when my husband asked for clarification, she looked impatient and frustrated, and began to treat us as if we did not understand English. Additionally, I am hearing-impaired, which often makes it hard to understand someone speaking from behind a closed counter.5) To add to our frustration, she also mentioned that the delivery service would not cover any damage during transit for particular items. This left us puzzled because I expected her to explain this to us instead of merely handing us a leaflet and telling us to figure it out ourselves. It?s part of her job to make sure customers understand the T&Cs of the service.6) Over the past five years of our custom with the Earlham House post office, we posted several large items with Parcel Force, but we have not encountered anything unusual, or damage.7) Her service we felt was judgmental and unwelcoming, a stark contrast to the service I witnessed she provide to the customer before us. While she was serving us she also took a minute to smile and say hi to the customer at the second counter, who happened to be White, and had a friendly chat with him. The moment she turned back to us, her smiles disappeared.8) In conclusion we must report that our experience at the Earlham House Post Office was far from pleasant. After five years of doing business with this Post Office, we have no intention of returning as long as this particular staff member is there.We urge that all customers, regardless of their ethnic background, the nature of their inquiry and their dialect, should be treated respectfully and fairly.

It seems the staffing problems still haven't been solved, a queue of 10 customers today and others walking out. Only one person serving. Hopefully the situation will get better soon or l will be going elsewhere.

Team seem friendly to help and have had no issues so far. My local post office for me, so will continue to go whenever I need to get something sent.
