Good quality tiles - "John Lewis" product, but "Ryanair" after sales experience. We bought £10,000 worth of tiles for our ~100sqm domestic renovation as a private customer. My wife was encouraged to buy surplus to allow for wastage, having involved the salesman in reviewing scale drawings. We ended up with nearly £2000...
