In the 20+ years of visiting Pizza Hut, it?s always been a great place to take my kids, and now my grandchildren.
But today was one of the worst experiences I?ve ever had at a restaurant.
The service from staff was almost non existent. They seemed more interested in talking to each other and messing around than serving customers.
I witnessed them turning a family away, stating they were full. But there were multiple uncleared tables.
They were making rude comments about previous customers, and were plain rude when we attempted to thank them as we left.
Such a shame it?s gone so downhill as we often visit here when bowling or going to the cinema.

Worst time in Pizza Hut we?ve ever had. Servers were rude and making comments about customers and pushing/punching eachother (playfully) on the restaurant. Said thank you twice as went to walk out and was point blank ignored. Honestly rude

We had a large party, and Dawn was amazing with children in our party. We had an outstanding service,Dawn was friendly and efficient, nothing not to much touble.We would go there again.

We had some really good food the other evening here and our server Tracey D was very helpful and made sure we got a good deal. Will definitely be going back when we are up from Essex again.

Restaurant was dirty (seats, salad bowls), staff seemed unhappy, pizza was dripping with oil.

Booked as a birthday meal for my daughter
Website awful and glitchy double booked
Then phoned and they said I had no table
They rebooked and on day then phone me to say I have two tables
When arriving we were told card only order by QR we asked for someone to take order no one arrived
Paid and it came to 90 pounds for 3 kids 2 adults. To be honest we could have just lied and paid for one as no one came to speak to us check before we went up and helped ourselves to food.
Food was terrible and bowls unclean

Pizza looked like it was made by Stevie Wonder, looked like someone had just got the worst of everything they could find slapped it on a wet soggy pizza. Ignored by staff, wouldn't bother going again.

We loved the ?kids eat free? for the half term. As there were two different families the mobile ordering service made it much easier than sorting a bill.

Horrible service...the server was so rude and racist and all she said to my dad was "just takeaway or leave" how dare she?? I AM NEVER EVER GOING BACK TO THE PIZZAHUT NORWICH RIVERSIDE RETAIL PARK. WHO EVER SHE WAS NEEDS TO LEARN HOW TO TALK BEFORE COMING TO THIS KIND OF PROFESSION.

Went on a Friday evening at 8.45 & were told they weren't doing eat-in service after 8 30 even though they don't close until 10. Flabbergasted to be honest. They'll be wondering why the place will have to close for good!!
