Several of the items that my party of five ordered were unavailable due to lack of deliveries which is really poor planning.
What was available was delicious though with friendly service.
Especially enjoyed the ?American hottest? pizza with some additional garlic oil.

I was extremely pleased to find all pizzas could be offered gluten free/dairy free. This is usually very rare when eating out. So 10 out of 10 for Pizza Express

Pizza Express is a great treat for the family. Everyone's favorite food is pizza so we all have a great time with great food.
The service is good and accommodating to young children.

2 hours to get a simple pizza/pasta meal, pasta burnt to a cinder, tried to add on extras to final bill we didn?t even recieve.

Nothing to complain about...would be lovely if they offered natural Greek yoghurt and fresh fruit (berries) on the menu to top off a lovely starter and salad ?. I can not do the sweet items on their menu for health reasons. Other than that, a very enjoyable meal out with the family.

I?m usually a big fan of Pizza Express, but my recent visit was by far the worst I?ve ever had.
It was quite a busy Sunday service, but that shouldn?t excuse the miserable waitress serving us. She barely made eye contact, looked thoroughly fed up and made it clear she?d rather be anywhere else than taking our order and faking pleasantries.
I?m not really one for placing too much importance on the service, as I?m there for the food, but even this felt rushed and not to the same standards that I?m used to at Pizza Express.
The festive sprouts were a joke and actually almost inedible. Dry and hard, as if they?d scraped together some leftovers from a few days before. The pizzas were decent enough but for nearly £20 each they should be exceptional.
The only redeeming aspect of our visit was the table which was overlooking St Peter Mancroft outside and a great view for people watching.
We won?t be back.

Wonderful location with views across to St Peter Mancroft. Also in the atrium of The Forum so at this time of year you are surrounded by Christmas lights - very festive. Always reliable for excellent pizzas (Pollo Ad Astra is still great) - amazing to think they have been going almost 60 years (since starting in Wardour St, London in 1965) and have never compromised on quality. Their Christmas menu this year looks amazing - well worth a return visit, soon. Friendly and speedy service too.

Come here occasionally mostly with Tesco vouchers. Last time we were asked before we ordered whether we would be using vouchers. Now we don't look like we are hard up and cannot see the benefit of asking this in advance unless you're going the stiff us on the food. Ie. Less toppings perhaps. It wasn't busy. We normally come lunchtime so it's if no advantage time wise to know in advance. Can you request this isn't asked in future. Just annoying.
Back to the food. It's always pretty good. Nothing exceptional but solid. We always say pizza is very expensive for what you get.
But the dough balls with various garlic and pesto dips is very good and enjoyable.
See you again sometime!
