Ordered some Vans trainers, we recieved today and was very happy when we opened the box at how much detail went into wrapping them, Thanks Maisie for personally wrapping them they looked beautiful. Product just as expected.

Be careful when exchanging goods, will put the original item on a giftcard and make the new purchase with the giftcard. Which is fine unless you would like to return the new item for a refund. Store will want to give you a giftcard to respend in store.Had to fight for a cash refund, however got a positive result!It's tough times for premium retailers, I wish this store all the best.
