Awful groom experience. Booked for bath and blow dry and my boy came out with paws and ears still dirty. Belly not washed thoroughly, and the groomer was VERY heavy handed grabbing and yanking another dog to blow dry them and scraping the brush through their coat which we could see through the glass screen.

Today I was in store with my children which one of them has autism we forgot his head phone . One of the workers saw that I was having a hard time so she stopped working and helped by showing my son the animals for a little bit then showed him a game on her phone which helped I would like to thank you to hannah for your help?

The shop was warm, rabbits had a wonderful area to live in, and everything was well laid out. There was a children's play and learning area. There was also an animal grooming area, and people could see a vet for cats or dogs or ask for advice on their pets. Cannot wait to visit again.

We have picked up a roborovsky dwarf hamster there today and looks like there are different opinions about them and cages and food , different members of staff having different opinions, hard to say what is true. Anyway we will read more about our hamster and give him better life ? also staff talking about extra big cages for animals but yet keep them in small ones... Our hamster will have better life with us ?

After revisiting this vets for what should have been a routine post checkup for the wellness of my family pet dog. With the added service of a nail clipping also.
Me and my large dog were invited in a room no bigger than a cupboard for the vet to just look at my dog and basically shrug her shoulders and suggest that ?yeah he looks alright?
Spend the next 15 minutes trying to sell me a membership package like I was interested in a timeshare! I had clearly stated at the beginning to just give me a leaflet regarding it to try rush this along as I told the vet I wasn?t interested and I could see my dog getting more distressed from the confined space. We then invite body in the room feeling like four adults in a two man tent. To assist with clipping my dog?s nails. Which I admit he doesn?t like but with how these guys tried to carry this out was most barbaric, unprofessional. This has now totally distressed my dog and also left me feeling guilty for even bringing him to such a place of discomfort.
Walking away disappointed for not receiving any genuine care for my pet. My wife is called to say I didn?t pay before leaving. I told her how bad it was and received a letter from the vet apologised for the conduct of events. Weeks later I?m now being threatened with court by Vets4pets for not paying for the visit?
I would look forward to hearing back and what others feel about this situation

Bit gutted bought my little girl her first tank from here, we left it a week before fully filling the tank but when did noticed it was leaking a bit. Due to my own fault I lost the receipt (xmas rubbish) so couldn't take back. Just won't be buying from again is all.

We popped in to get some advice on what dog food to get for a dog with tummy problems, and both the male staff were very helpful and knowledgeable . They took a lot of time showing us foods and explaining things without ever being pushy.
In previous visits, all the staff have been knowledgeable, approachable, and friendly.
1 item here was £15 which we had just paid over £27 for elsewhere.
On the minus side- the website is awful to use. It is difficult to bring forward a repeat order date. Had to cancel the subscription (also difficult) and set it up again 3 times now. We're not being awkward - as it's new food ( + new size), we don't know how long it will last

The reception team were very polite and helpful as was the vet with plenty of advice given. We also booked the in store puppy grooming and again very friendly and easy to deal with.
