What a gem of a hotel. From contacting the hotel before arrival, the personal touches in the room and the overall customer service, our weekend was fantastic. Jane & Tracy on reception were so helpful along with the waitressing staff, our room was beautiful and the small courtyard outside was so pretty. The spa itself was better than it looked on the photos, the pool was bigger, that never happens! The sauna & steam room both decent sizes too. We were booked in for dinner & where do I start with the food, WOW! I had the chefs special, scallops to start followed by the duck, both of which were absolutely divine. Large comfortable beds meant we slept very well & breakfast in the morning was lovely. All in all, a fantastic weekend away. I highly recommend this hotel & will visit again.

I love this hotel and have stayed a few times. Fantastic rural location, stunning grounds with lots of places to explore and plenty of outdoor seating where you can read and enjoy a drink (would be better if they did table service). The food is very, very good, if a little pricey. The last time I was here, access to the pool facilities was free although they?ve added a charge now which is annoying. The main thing which lets them down is the bed! The mattress and the pillows are so unbelievably hard. Definitely due for an upgrade. And while they are at it, add some plugs next to the beds so you can charge your phone while you sleep.

Absolutely disgusting,Paid for a spa but yet no jacuzzi was up and running and the swimming pool is disgusting small and smells,Staff are rude and over charged me by £50,Multiple inconveniences when checking out I communicated all the things that had gone wrong getting our orders wrong and multiple other things she walked off and when she came back as I was saying I just wanted to pay and go she said out of good will we will take off the £5 tray charge from part of your bill as I smiled she said or not it?s your choice.Rude staff unhygienic and just over all not what you expect for £500 for two nights

Myself and husband visited last week for 5 night stay to attend friends 50th wedding anniversary celebrations. We cannot speak highly enough of the hotel or stay,to find fault would be very difficult all the boxes were ticked by us. As we travelled by train we used the bus service which was very frequent. We had a very enjoyable stay Thank you ?

Enjoyed a spa day here as a treat. The service, treatment and whole experience was amazing. Staff all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Clean changing rooms. Lovely garden room where we relaxed with a drink. One of the best back massages I've experienced and floated home afterwards. Thank you. We went during summer school holidays so there were a few children in the swimming pool.

Everything about our trip was enjoyable from start to finish. The room we stayed in was lovely and very individual, with air conditioning, TV, a beautiful bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The pool and gym facilities were lovely and the general appearance around the hotel was exceptional. We will definitely be coming here again!

Lovely hotel, can not fault the room, lovely and clean, as is the rest of the hotel. Food was really good, did find on the first night 2 items had run out at (7.15 restaurant open till 9) so had to ask if another item on the menu could be slightly charged, as I did like the sauce it was cooked in, so asked for it plain, which wasn?t a problem. Spa is very nice, but there are also members which do take over a bit. As with most hotels, shame people can?t learn to close their room doors quietly, bit of noise at start and end of the day.

Was visiting family and had afternoon tea with my daughter for our birthdays. Tea and surroundings lovely as were the staff with the exception of one who obviously missed the staff training. She sounded like she was reading from a prompt card when delivering the 'tea experience' and must have been at the end of the queue when personality was given out! Not even a smile!! When we asked her a question at the end of the afternoon she had a mouth full of food and cldn't hide it. It maybe sounds a bit harsh but I do expect better especially when it is Park Farm.

Although our room was clean it was far from private unfortunately. We booked a Deluxe barn room but a wedding was on and we could see and hear quite a lot of people outside our private patio area should of been covered completely. We also hoped that, being a 4 star, the rooms would be equipped with a mini fridge or at least some bottles of water and there was neither. We had a lovely evening meal and the garden and hotel grounds was beautifu and we had breakfast in our room which was good but overall we were underwhelmed.

We booked here for a very last minute stay. The customer service was outstanding from all staff throughout our weekend. A very relaxing hotel, well appointed our room was to die for. Great menus and spotlessly clean. Couldn?t fault it!

Great venue, friendly staff and good location for other places. Hotel room was lovely. A fridge would have helped and little things like coasters and upgrade carpet (Room 18). Staff were amazing and overall really enjoyable staff. Thank you

Excellent stay at this property for 3 days. Reception and breakfast staff were very good. Breakfast options were really good apart from slightly overlooking the poached egg! Swimming pool is around 15 metres so not a full size and the steam room was amazing. Would happily stay at this hotel in the future. Peacefully surroundings. Norwich is around 15 minutes from here and you have a selection of supermarkets within 5 mins of the hotel.

Booked direct with hotel, easy to find on the main road into Norwich, v friendly staff, lovely bedroom (but with view over a car park), v comfy bed, large bathroom, interesting teas and coffees but no bottled water nor slippers to wear. Excellent buffet and cooked breakfasts to order. We ate in the restaurant one night and the food was excellent - cod loin and skate wing - v tasty and large portions. Second night we ate in the bar which has a limited menu but the fish platter and cheese board were again excellent. All served with v good beer and wine. We used the pool/spa on 4 occasions - v clean, pool was warm, plenty of fluffy towels. You can catch a bus into Norwich just outside the entrance or use the park and ride, a few mins down the road so it is easy to get into the city. So overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, a v good room, pool and spa and an excellent restaurant. Many thanks.

We recently had our wedding ceremony and reception here in the lovely Georgian inspired Colony Suite, spending two nights in a lovely room with beautiful surrounding gardens. After months of planning, everything came together on Saturday to make our day everything we ever wished for and so much more. Evie liaised with all our suppliers to arrange timings etc, taking the pressure off us, and the organisation of all the staff was impeccable. As it rained on the day, we were unable to make use of the gorgeous gardens and the whole team on duty that day pulled together to transform the ceremony room into the reception area within a few minutes. It was just amazing. All the extra touches they did like having staff on the doors while I came down to go into the ceremony so people were not mulling about was so special and meant the world to me. All the staff went above and beyond to make our day so special and we could not have asked any more of them. A special mention must go to Marcus and his team, Evie in Events and Laura on reception who helped me find a wedding dress after being badly let down by a previous supplier. Each and every member of staff made the weekend so memorable, we cannot thank them all enough. I would also like to thank Andrew in the Hair Salon, who did a brilliant job of my hair on the day and made me look a million dollars. All our wedding guests raved about the venue and staff (the grazing table was a total hit) and we would not hesitate to recommend this venue and wonderful staff to anyone.
