Driver claims they attempted delivery. All my security cameras show is me sat on my front lawn waiting for the delivery.Parcelforce is the worst delivery service available. I wish I could rate them zero stars

Quite possibly the most depressingly hopeless delivery and collection company ever.The driver without fail will not deliver to my address (standard flat with trade access) for no given reason whatsoever. I?ve had 2 recent attempts for a collection both of which the driver has not come to collect.Feeble customer service constantly rebook (without actually rebooking).When I eventually received a resolution it was me being instructed to cancel my own parcel collection as apparently they couldn?t do it.Need I even say that no compensation was offered for the consistent and constant poor service.

Missed delivery as I went upstairs, he took it to a post office in city centre, could not have it redelivered, had to collect it myself, despite paying 7 quid for "delivery" not happy was a big inconvenience

My parcel is in the depo and I can't pick up because not due.I need to wait 3days for delivery...My parcel is in the depo and can't pick up.What a method???You are very unflexible for customers.You loosing lot of money with this style...Petrol and many customers.Saves time for others and yours as well.If parcel there then pass to the customers...That's it.

Awful was due around 20 parcels to be delivered today showed as out for delivery then at 1pm when I checked they have all been returned to depot for no reason. Not even a phone number to call the depot direct absolutely atrocious

Staff on the desk here have always been very friendly and helpful when we drop of parcel at the end of the day.It must be tough working on the desk for a courier, people upset with missing parcels etc, so I wanted to ensure those friendly faces at 6:30pm are thanked.

Absolutely unprofessional. Need to check employees why they don't deliver a parcel but I stead head back to the depot for no reason. Tracker said it was for delivery all day from 9am. Never delivered or got a card through door. Parcel force employee went back at the depot at 5.04pm. I was at home ALL DAY. Thanks for screwing up my job and me paying the company I paid 24 hr postage too.

I was sent an email to say my parcel had been dispatched. Unfortunately as I?d paid via PayPal the delivery address was incorrect so I tried to change it using the automated app - trying to speak a person impossible. The phone call to the AI bot seemingly went well and I gave it the new address. I then received another email to say it was out for delivery to the original address so I tried again to change it, this time to be delivered to a local post office. Still the email came back that it was going to be delivered to the old address. I managed to get through to an international call centre that said I had to decline delivery - a bit difficult if you?ve moved house. The delivery was attempted and a card out through the door with instructions apparently- again how am I supposed to see them if I don?t live there. The endless AI loop is impossible. God knows where my parcel is ??

No point having a parcel tracking feature if they?re not going deliver as they say they will. Waited at office 2 hours after I finished work, waiting for a delivery ?up to 7pm?? no show. Very poor standard of service.
