Wish I'd read the reviews here first. I ordered a pizza at half past 6, it was supposed to be 20 to 40 minutes. I called at quarter past 7 for an update and was told that the pizza would be out for delivery in 2 minutes. Half an hour later still not arrived. Called again and was told it was just about to go out, which is what they'd said half an hour ago. It arrived shortly after though just before 8pm (almost 90 mins after ordering)
The pizza was nice and it did arrive hot. But a ridiculous waiting time. They did give me a free small Pepsi but it wasn't worth it.

Never arrived! Tried to get through on phone and it rung for ages with no answer..I want a refund.

If I could give zero stars I would! Poor service waited forever for the food phoned the shop and they said it would be 10 mins. 20 mins later still no arrival, phone for food any they say it will be with me soon. Driver then turns up with 2 out of 6 items which I don?t understand when the receipt states what has been ordered and the stickers on boxes started the item numbers out of 6. We then phone to ask where the food is and ask for a refund they then start to say it will be with us in ten minutes and it?s been under the hot press so ended up waited 20 more mins for this to arrive.
It then arrives and the meal is wrong anyway with the pizza we ordered not coming with the correct bases! Just a shambles they hung the phone up on us poor service won?t be ordering again!

Sent cold pizza over an hour after order placed. Apologised but offered no recourse and hung up. Will look elsewhere from now on, wouldn't recommend under current management.

ABSOLUTLEY GOBSMACKED!!! THE SERVICE HERE WAS THE WORST NOT ONLY DID THEIR ATTITUDE STINK THEY REFUSED TO ANSWER THE PHONE I PAID FOR BBQ DIPS AND THE IDIOTS SENT ME BUFFALO HOT DIP AND THEN REFUSED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE THE CHICKEN POPPERS WERENT COOKED THOROUGHLY EITHER!!!

Very nice and friendly staff. The place is very clean and the pizza was cooked pizzas. I can be a bit snobbish with food but this place is actually really good. I don't know why it's overall star rating is not much higher.
Highly recommend this branch of Papa Johns.

This is absolute disgusting business, they are dishonest people. Always late deliveries, status would change they had delivered on time but driver would never be with you. if you call they would advise 5mins, but it will always be 50mins or more., it will be cold food always. They have lost integrity., people there don't know how to even behave, recent complain to them, they advise as positive gesture pizza with money refund, however when asked for money refund next day as did not get processed, they say you had your pizza and we apologised so that is about it. I wish I could give them minus if there is any. See my all reviewed I put honest reviews.
Have complained to papajohns itself now.

Never again would I eat papa John's. Officially the WORST Pizza I have ever eaten. Soggy, stodgy, bland. After one slice it all went in the bin, ruining our Christmas eve treat. We all had stomach ache after eating only a small amount. The sides weren't much better. The cookies were awful! May as well have thrown £35 down the drain .
