Ordered PJs for delivery a couple months ago, waited ages, called, got told it was on the way and hung up on before we could ask how long and then it arrived cold another 30 or so minutes after that call. Long story short, complained to HQ and received a voucher. We did it for collection in the hopes the service would be better and to give the benefit of the doubt. My partner has a dairy allergy so we ordered a vegan pizza. As we waited in store we saw them finish up the order. My partner said he thought he saw the guy cut a normal pizza then use the same tool for the vegan one. I said that it must have been a vegan pizza before as surely they wouldn?t mix dairy tools with non dairy? Nope, we shared the pizza and my partner since then has been ill, so seems there was cross contamination from a dairy pizza to a vegan one. Not only is the service poor consistently, it?s actually dangerous to eat here if you have any allergy?s or intolerances. Just don?t bother at all. Dominoes is a few doors down, they may be worth the try instead.

I placed an over at 11.08 and yet I haven't received the food
Called to papa john at 11.24 because when checked online the track the order it showed like it's been delivered but, the person in shop said its in the oven. It's going to be an hour I haven't received the food and the money has been taken from the account. Called again but no response.
It's so bad to do this kind of things people order food when they are hungry. Stop cheating the customers. It's a shame

If you go in-store and are served by the young (Pakistani I believe) lady she is very helpful and friendly. I cannot speak for all of the staff though. Seems a lot of people have issues when ordering for deliveries.

Driver refused to walk up stairs to deliver then drove off with food. Demanded refund and was told have to go through head office. Terrible service. Just avoid this chain!!!

Worst experience. I ordered at 23:31 after more than 1 hour 30 minutes and multiple calls where they lied saying that the pizza was already with delivery and in the last call they even said the delivery is outside. Tired of their lies I requested my money back. First they didn't want to accept my request because they said I had to talk with uber eats. Clearly they don't have any idea of their orders becauses I ordered through the online Web page. Then they said write to the online wenpage of papa John's, but it clearly said in the email confirmation of the order that any problem you should call the branch. Finally they said okey we will refund you, at 5 am your money will be back because we don't refund at nights. Is already noon and my money is not in my account. They are acting like scamers. If you don't want to lose your money don't order here NEVER.

The service is pathetic. Especially the Colman road branch, thanks to the pakistani immigrant lot that papa johns employs, without checking if they're fit for the job. You can hear them make fun of calls in the back. Easily understandable if you speak their language. Do not order if you value your time.

Ordered food at 2am, said on the app that the food was being cooked for over an hour, I then called the store multiple times and received no answer. The food never turned up, I then called in the morning and was told there was nothing they can do about it and refused to provide a refund

Staff is very rude. Failed to deliver and claim that food was left 'outside'. It's not possible as my building have a doorpad that's really easy to contact me. He didn't even suggest a resolution. Had to get off the phone and raise a complaint

Ordered pizza, waited and hour and a half for it and it was cold and not nice. Kept me up way later than I wanted to. Rediculous!
