Was not open yet online states open until 3pm. Opening hours need to be looked at so others do not get mislead.

The best place to get a book, but on several occasions have overheard staff talking badly about others behind backs, which isn?t pleasant.

Ridiculously overpriced for a charity shop. 10-20 year old maps going for £4 when over stores charge £1 or £2 at most - and that includes central London!

This bookshop is ruined by the condescending nature of one of the staff members who makes it feel uncomfortable to come into the shop. We spend hundreds of pounds on books a year but I no longer go in this shop because the older lady who works here is so rude and patronising. As it is a charity it is a shame that this is allowed to happen. However as all the other booksellers in Norwich are helpful and charming there seems no point in going in. A real pity as I would be in there a lot otherwise as would my other family members who have also experienced this lady?s abrasive and rude manner.

My favourite shop in Norwich! Found some wonderful books and sheet music here over the years. Lovely range of fair trade gifts, lovely range of moomin gifts. Lovely staff and a great atmosphere, an hour can pass in here without realizing!

A very good selection of modern classics and Pelican books which are worth a look just for their covers.
