Regular customer here as it's close, always getting watched and judged by 3 of the staff, older manager, angry lady and the large lad. the big lad who gets away with wearing a hoody doesn't realise that once a customer has left we can still hear him outside the door so he might want to hold off on gossiping about customers.

Extremely poor treatment due to age. They made all teenagers wait outside whilst happily letting many adult customers in. This was one thing and at first could be mistaken for managing the number of people in there at once but when i entered finally after waiting 10 minutes I was told to leave my bags by the door and also...

Closed the shop without cancelling my deliveroo order which I waited an hour and a half for and never arrived.
