Outstanding service. Ordered a chair on Sunday evening, phoned on Monday to say due to the fuel crisis they weren't sure if the chair would be delivered Tuesday or Wednesday - arrived Tuesday. Chair was as described - excellent

I ordered a chair with a long lead time, they phoned up to double check I was okay with that, and let me know when they'd receive it from the factory.Skip forwards and I receive a call exactly on the day promised, to double check delivery. Skip forwards one more day and I've got the chair.They were polite and professional on the phone, and the product was delivered undamaged and well packed. I'm overall impressed and would recommend.

Ordered a Herman Miller chair from OFS and was delivered next day, I couldn't get the gas lift to work, Neil was in touch the same morning and resolved over the phone. Great customer service would definitely recommend.

Ordered a seriously expensive Herman Miller (Sayl) chair, waited a whole month until the day on which it was supposed to be delivered. Complete radio silence from OFS on the day; two emails from me, two attempted calls later I get through to someone at 3pm who is holding fort on many fronts. Instead of an honest explanation (that the main man was away and his deputee off sick) and apology about missed deliveries, I was met with pedantry and defensiveness about how they were going to call and how my emails of 11am and 2pm hadn't been sent early enough to merit a response. The chair arrived 4 days later (that is 1 month and 4 days). They had got the chair from the supplier by 2pm on the day they were supposed to but this was apparently past their cut-off so they wouldn't organise next-day delivery as previously promised.
