I contacted the centre yesterday and was so grateful to the receptionist called Karen, she helped me with my problem and was so kind and compassionate to my situation. I will be forever in her debt.

Jane at ECG was brilliant talking me through every steps. I have also messed up my appointments and medications and she took her time to sort it out with the Doctors and with Karen at front desk who managed to squeeze me in. Can’t really fault there service and care going above and beyond. Thanks Joks

On Friday I see lovely new dr Jennifer robins she was so amazing lovely smile so helpful she remind me bit like dr Fitzaprick she was just so amazing she really understood me she explain everything to me I hope you can get her stay at surgery all time
