Called at 9.30 pm when I discovered I was locked inside my flat. Received a call back shortly after and they arrived 15 minutes later. Old lock drilled out and a new one on by 10.15 pm. So grateful!Would recommend 5* service ?

They say that you can have a job done right, have a job done fast, or have a job done cheap, but that you can only pick two.Norwich Lock and Safe clearly don't agree: They replaced an old stiff three-mortice front door lock with a new five-mortice one in a challengingly slimline door for me. The new mechanism works great, it took less time than I would've thought, and I paid less than I expected to.Great service, and they'll be our go-to from now on.

Called Norwich Lock and safe. Was there with in the hour. Done a good job, is the second time of using them. Have tried other lock smiths, but not as good as Norwich Lock and safe.

I am currently waking up in the Lake District thanks to the amazing service these guys provided us yesterday. We were due to be leaving for holiday yesterday and were hit with a massive bump in the road when our door failed on us. Called and explained the situation to a lovely gentleman who was very understanding and said ?I?ll be there in 10 mins? and he was!Everything was sorted quickly, efficiently and his friendly and helpful nature helped to calm what had been a very stressful morning.For the service this company provide, the price was extremely reasonable and I would 100% recommend or use them again myself (although I hope I don?t have to any time soon, sorry guys!)Thank you again, you saved our day!
