Avoid this place! The staff there are very rude, and threw us into the lake although I had made it very clear I didn?t want to go in. Not only that, but they then made us stand outside ( after coming out the freezing lake) in the cold wind and rain. Some people?s hands were purple however they refused to let us warm up, even though we were dripping wet. Other than that, the food was amazing and the rooms were half decent, the showers were very slow and would turn off midway and one of the beds in my room had a blood stain on them.

Very rude staff, they threw children into the water even though the children didn?t want to. They had to wear wet clothing from previous water activities every single day. The fitted sheet on the bed which my daughter slept had a lot of brown stains. The shower didn?t work and the children had to use the teacher?s bathroom.

As a student that was brought here last year it was amazing, the rock-climbing, fishing and other things all of them was amazing!

It was really fun. But if your next to Ben beware. he will throw seaweed at you face and splash you with water so if he is on the paddle boards tied together make sure to untie the ropes and he will drift away. Trust me , i speak from experience.

Food was mediocre but the activities made up for that! The rooms were clean and neat when we arrived and the instructors were amazing! Shout out to Taylor, Liam and Jess for the wonderful time!

My daughter visited there on her school trip. She enjoyed a lot. Lot of activities to do. Highly recommended. Will definitely plan again with family.

Daughter had an amazing time, loved the food and enjoyed bonding with her mates on activities, especially raft building and also doing the kayaking. The staff were really nice, especially Non and Ollie.Only disappointment would be that wet-suits aren't provided for all the open water activities, she went in October so the water and air temperature is quite cold so a wet-suit should be standard. She fell in on the raft building exercise and was too cold to participate on the paddle-boarding (SUP) afterwards which was a shame.

Stay here for week, staff work very hard and are all trained in different activities. Brilliant place for water sports children had a great time. Accommodation was clean and close to activities. Food was amazing ? staff were helpful and catered for our needs. Will miss this place and the coleslaw ?

My child recently visited with their school and didn't have a good experience with the accommodation. The room was dirty, the beds had crumbs on them and the sink in the bathroom was blocked and when they asked staff, no one came to unblock it. The food was average. Some rooms had ant problems.On the positive side, my child enjoyed the activities and said Michael and Olly were nice instructors.
