had an excellent experience at the Nike store in Norwich. The shop itself is a really pleasant space ? well laid out, easy to navigate, and offering a wide range of first-class products at very competitive prices. Every member of our family was able to find the perfect pair of trainers, which is no small achievement!
What truly made the visit outstanding, however, was the service we received from Josh. He was exceptional ? highly knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, and his warm, friendly manner made the whole shopping trip a real pleasure. Josh went above and beyond, offering great advice and ensuring we found exactly what we were looking for. His customer care was second to none and really made the experience memorable.
A five-star visit all round ? excellent store, fantastic products, and service from Josh that was simply outstanding.

Awful service from two members of staff. Made to feel like a weirdo for having size 15 feet. Made to walk aimlessly down two aisles with the store assistant not even looking at any shoes.

I would not even give it one star!
Staff and management very rude and would not refund or exchange as shoes worn !!!!!!! (5mins on carpet ) hello what are you supposed to do with them put them on display in a glass cupboard wrapped in cotton wool?(the shoes were not suitable due to foot structure problem) people go into your store and try shoes on, for all I know they might have foot fungal disease athletes foot ,or no socks on I would say 90%of your shoes have been worn ,if you do purchase ask for a box from the warehouse not one on display!they have not been worn!!and you can?t exchange them
Do not buy from this store -if you have an issue you will NOT get a refund or Exchange ,Take note it will be your loss
We are now£95.00down with a pair of shoes we don?t need?

It's a pretend sports shop, It is a glorified JD sport. Selling street/chavsuits. Used to be able to get A stand for golf, Nike SB and such like. But nothing like that now, Very Embarrassing, just lost a lifetime Nike fan. Other brands it is from now on!

Don?t have a large variety of stock.
I asked the customer service assistant if they could find my size in some shoes I wanted. Firstly, they got the colour mixed up So had to settle for a colour that wasn?t my first choice. But When I got home I found out I?d been given the wrong size. And now I have to take them back. Not ideal really :/
