The material , not stitching actually came apart after only the 3rd wash around the crotch area .

I've collected a few parcels from them and each time it's been a disaster. They seem to be in a real disorganized mess. It felt like the attitude was that they weren't getting the sale so why bother. Despite getting the texts I've got there and they say they don't have the parcels. I talked to the manager at the desk and she was more interested in having a laugh with her colleagues that the grief their procedures were giving me. Staff seemed indifferent and not interested.Whilst waiting I tried a few bits on and the fitting rooms too were a mess, rather smelly. A good clean was in order for the store and the staff attitude.

I am a regular customer of next riverside. I love next clothing and the material seems of very good quality, however the store itself I was quite shocked at. The place is very clean and tidy, the staff are lovely and polite to customers like myself, however it's how I heard a colleague speak to another that shocked me. I made a point of looking at the names to make this reveiw. It was how I heard a colleague called "kerry" or "kelly" looked as though she was higher up than the others speaking to her colleagues was beyond me. So disrespectful!! There was a very polite young lady on the kids clothing, it's a shame the management are actually more disrespectful than the other colleagues. Very disrespectful and unprofessional.

24.04.2023 Came to return some items. So easy to use the machine by the door.Wide range of women's and children's clothing downstairs, didn't have time to go upstairs.Nice to see and feel the clothes in real-life!

Found the store to have a decent array of clothing, however I was impressed by the upstairs home section, which had a wide range of quality items, from furniture, plants, pillows, rugs and many other home decor items.

Just popped down to Next Riverside to get an outfit to wear to a wedding. Im a female customer. My God - not a single item of decent clothing in the whole shop. It looked like Matalan had offloaded some of their castoffs. Really disappointing and not the quality I expected from NEXT!?

Have just been into Riverside store Ladies changing room floors are filthy my own trousers were covered in dust & fluff would not buy the pair I tried on as covered in fluff, you ask why did I not tell sales assistant could only see one on whole floor, have the staff not heard of a vacuum cleaner will think twice before using shop again

I love this place for a general high street clothes shop. It never really fails to suit my needs. Generally a great range of clothing for all seasons. The end of season sales are useful for those cupboard fillers. Ordering online is also very useful if an item is out of stock, generally a next day delivery.
