Very busy Friday evening, with only the icy blast whenever the door opened letting the restaurant down.
Great before dipping into the Odeon, next door, for a movie night or the nearby bowling.
Parking: £2.50 for up to 2 hours as a leisure user of the multi-storey CP

Staff are lovely, but on two occasions now our orders have gone missing leaving us waiting for food for ages and having to chase it down.
Can also be waiting a while to get seated in busy periods as you can?t book tables. Not sure why they didn?t expand partly into the venue next door when that was empty as it?s always busy in here.

Went in with my 3 year old who is quite shy. Bee was lovely who was very welcoming and made my little one feel
Comfortable and ended up making her smile to which she resisted from the start. Bee kept checking on us to see if we were okay and if the food was okay (food was delicious especially the new chickle
Burger). Sophie and Paige were lovely as well. They provided desserts for free when I was let down by the a paid dessert I wanted was not there. Paige was lovely in coming back to me giving me an alternative and providing me with an amazing customer service experience. I was very thrilled with the girls, and would like to give my gratitude to them for providing such an ultimate customer service experience. Thank you.

We always come here with our 13 year old Dexter, he is severely autistic and is always made welcome. Every single member of staff is friendly, always welcomed with a smile and always extremely accommodating. Food has always been a big thing to Dexter and for him to always want to come back to Nando?s is a great thing! He is gluten free and the menu can really cater for him which is perfect.

Smaller nando's branch located close to Norwich train station.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in there but being a smaller branch may be difficult to move around easily when busy.

This was my first visit to Nandos in years. It will also be my last ever. The front door was absolutely filthy and worn out. Once inside, waited for someone to notice me. we were then given a table and told to scan the QR code and order. Not a lot of helpful customer service there. The tables were worn out and bare wood was showing through what was left of the varnish. Tiles were hanging off the wall and the chairs and benches were disgustingly dirty. When the food arrived, the chicken was hot but the garlic bread and chips were lukewarm. Nobody came to the table to check if our meals were ok. As we were eating, we were treated to a display from the rats running around the outdoor seating area. Just what is needed to enhance your dining experience. We stood up to leave and not one single person acknowledged us or thanked us for our visit. This place needs to be shut down and cleaned from top to bottom. It is certainly the last time I will ever use this awful chain.

Great service. Got a seat and served almost immediately although they were busy. Indoor and outside seating available.
