I really appreciate it since I love Nando?s and it was the only Nando?s I?ve visited in the UK with that level of service and customer attention

Service was terrible. An additional order was forgotten or not done. We waited 45 minutes to be served an additional order. Mind you, the place wasn't that busy either.My experience at Nando's Peterborough was excellent. I expected the same at Norwich. But was disappointed.

Went for dinner, very busy, but managed to get a table. Service was good, and food was lovely. Nothing was compromised despite it being busy.

Stopped by Nando's after a long afternoon walking around the Norwich Lanes. The staff are very friendly and immediatly made us feel comfertable and explained how to place an order. The service was fast and the place is kept clean. The toilets are clean too. The food we ordered was very tasty and we enjoyed eating it. The atmosphere in the restaurant was good too. Overall a good experience. ???

Came here today for an evening meal. Was greeted by Elle & she was friendly, bubbly & explained where the drinks fountain & sauces were aswell as how/where to order.Didn't wait too long to order & food came out quickly despite it being fairly busy.Can use the app or the till to place & pay for the order.Dietary restrictions: Asked if there was any allergiesParking: St Stephen's, chapelfield or Castle Quarter in the areaKid-friendliness: Kids menu available

Not terrible, first time visiting Nando?s. Didn?t live up the the hype.Chicken wings were very small. I recommend you Walk 2 minutes down the road and go to clucked instead, much better.Dietary restrictions: Staff were immediately confused by the concept of ?gluten free?Guy on the door had to ask two before before coming back to us, then having to order at the till with a manager (who was busy at the time) took several attempts.

Food was good here, went for my dad's 70th as a group of 12 using the app to order our food was easy but kept getting our food taking to other tables even though in the app we clearly put our table numbers in. The staff seemed unhappy in their job not sure why but they are the face of the company and they clearly aren't happy.One of our meals on the app took the money and accepted the order waiting 20 30 mins while everyone else had eaten we asked where the food was to find out It refunded the money and cancelled the order after speaking with someone they said it was an error with the app and offered a bottle of water or a free soft drink not really acceptable considering the the time wastedParking: Castle mall parking is probably the closest

We occasionally visit Nando's and the culinary experience consistently delights us with its delectable offerings. The ambiance is pleasing, maintaining a clean and issue-free environment.However, there was a slight hiccup in the service. It was somewhat sluggish, and I found myself needing to inquire twice about my wine bottle, which took approximately 10 minutes to arrive, without apparent cause. This minor delay is the sole reason for my 4-star rating; otherwise, it would have earned a perfect 5 stars.

On January 3rd at 10:00 AM, I visited the Nando's store, uncertain if they were open as the doors were ajar. Seeking assistance, I approached the staff. Unfortunately, my interaction was unpleasant. A female staff member responded to my query in a dismissive manner and asked me to leave the store. This experience left a negative impression on me about the store's customer service.
