Morrisons Riverside, Norwich. Just the worst store I have ever come across. Only use it because it's close to where I live. Just wanted some meat from the deli, only one person serving across all of that and the pizza making so gave up knowing I was going to be waiting for ages to get served.
Won't ever step in the place again.

It is the shame that Morrisons seem to be cutting costs and changing The Oven area to prepackaged items in this store and many others across the country. For me, the USP of the hot food in Morrisons was the fantastic display of chicken and other items and then asking the staff what you would like.
Furthermore, for some reason this Morrisons doesn't seem to stock Jason's Sourdough, but the much smaller Old Catton store does. Lastly, it is a shame that Morrisons do not stock any form of unhomongenised Jersey Milk like Tesco and Sainsbury's do.
There are also barriers when exiting the self-checkout area, which makes it unwelcoming. On a positive note to the end the review, staff I have dealt with are very friendly and helpful, and the store seems fairly well stocked at all times.

This store has a comprehensive amount of produce.
It caters for all ages of children people with needs ie disabilities wheelchairs etc.
I would recommend it for his parking... Which are much mentioned has valet service whilst in store and most of pharmacy and garage also.
It's worth a look.?

Worst experience of all time. No respect for customers at all who need help. At the time of checkout we payed and then the helping person came to approve the payment but instead she declined it then blamed on us that it was our mistake and called security and the manager, then they say that the card was international . The manager then says that it will be refunded by bank and then just force us to pay again or leave with nothing. If I could put zero stars then I would happily would.
