This mcdonalds is a joke! They never get an order right, everytime we come here the order is wrong or something is missing its got to the pint we now have to go in there to order just to make sure it's right.

We were staying at the travel lodge on the Norfolk Broads & McDonald's is a ten minute drive heading towards Norwich. It?s small but breakfast was not only good but the service excellent. Lots of workmen stopped for breakfast as well & no one waited long for their order. I?m going back in the morning before we head for home as there breakfast are second to none. ill be back.

ordered simple breakfast stuff. sausage and pancakes and bacon rolls. the wait was long. it was long. they got the order wrong. never mind. took it back to the hotel. food was cold and this was the replacement food after the mistake. cold. no from me

I visited McDonald?s just before my horrendous trip to crazy golf to fill my belly for my adventure ahead. I was greeted by Jamie from the Ram going through the drive through since I could not enter McDonald?s because of the large car park? my fear kicked. He offered to drive me round the drive-through and I asked what he would recommend. He recommended the ?Mc?gang?bang? which was a double cheeseburger and a chicken mayo merged together! Great idea Jamie! Only £2.19! What a bargain! I was quite hungry so I also ordered a chicken nugget happy meal, which also came with blue little human toy who I took home with me and called Roger JR. He then proceeded to drop me to crazy golf when the nightmare began, but that?s another story. Overall McDonald?s were very helpful , but I will have to score them 1 purely for the big car park which confused and scared me on arrival. Roger

Not sure why people only review when they have something bad to say! I've been here a few times in the last month, always through the drive thru, and the food has been nice, and the young staff serving me have always been very friendly

I ordered breakfast on the app for there at 11 and they couldn't give it to me because it was the lunch menu, I ordered it at 10.50 this is absolutely disgraceful, horrible service

Good afternoon I use this mcdonalds on a regular basis due to its easy to have my dinner while working 2 Jobs I have rated brundall mcdonalds very highly over the last few years but the last 6 months its has rapidly gone down hill with A 10 to 15min wait each time I go The new drive through seems very slow The staff can't seem to talk to customer's

Average experience here to be honest.\\n\\nRefused to be served at the till unless using cash, where I would have to order then cancel and take them the receipt (seems a bit counter-productive)...\\n\\nWorse than that, I was actually using monopoly vouchers that I had hoarded for a month or so and had to place 3 separate orders individually because only one voucher can be used at a time!!!\\n\\nWould have been a nice service just to take my order and be abit more easy going... I'm getting a bit bored of companies and people using Covid as an excuse for average to poor service...

Called in around 6 pm very very busy car park full, drive in long ques but after driving round about 3 times found a parking space and went in to place our order. inside packed but a table soon became available as soon as we sat down a lady came and cleaned the table for us. Ordered meal service was very Quick. With all the customer this MC D had the place was spotless, toilets had just been clean. I would just like to thank the staff and management how they managed to do this being so busy, it is a credit to all.

I called here to get a bite to eat on my way home from a night shift, it was 5:55am, went to the drive through, one car in front of me and one behind so it wasn't busy, i ordered two x double sausage muffins without the eggs, not a big order is it ?, i was abruptly TOLD, not asked, to park in order bay one, the car originally in front of me had gone, the car behind me pulled up in order bay two, by 06:05 there was another three cars in the queue waiting at the order Bay area, then a young lad came out and gave a bag of food to the person behind me in bay two, then a third person got their food at 06:10, finally my order was handed to me at 06:15, i asked the girl why it had taken so long, i wasn't abrupt or unpleasant in any way with her, she replied \\\" i dont know\\\" and offered me a free drink, which i politely refused, i can't say her tone of voice was bad, she seemed more flustered and embarrassed, i actually felt it was a situation that wasn't her fault, so this is no complaint regarding this girl. my complaint is twenty minutes from ordering to receiving my food, early morning, nowhere near busy, it is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to be quick and convenient, customers ordering after me yet getting their food before me, i will drive past in future, make my own breakfast at home and be in bed quicker than i would if i went here again.
