While McDonald?s has significantly deteriorated in efficiency, service and quality over the past decade or so, this branch manages to surpass the downturn with extra effort to be poor. While I do use this restaurant regularly through necessity it must be said that hardly an occasion goes by where they don?t prove the downfall of the brand. Quite often the order is wrong, or the food is cold or poorly built. I?ve never know it be so difficult to actually salt the fries. To actually get ice in your drinks. The list goes on and on. Nothing but perpetual disappointment. Exacerbated by an impossible to use app that freezes on every single attempt to use (I appreciate this isn?t store specific).

The food was cold, so make sure it's hot when you order as you pay a tax for hot food!!!

We ordered 2 hash browns 3 cheesy bacon flatbreads a med latte and a med sprite. We received both hash browns and the latte, however we were charged for 3 cheesy flatbreads whilst only receiving 2. And my sprite was sparkling water. Shocking, the worker also seemed like she couldn?t be asked and was very dismissal.

Please do yourself a favour if ordering at the drive thru or order pickup. Check the contents before you leave because this restaurant NEVER gets your order right.
If you can, use the app and complain. For their mess up I just got a £5 voucher.
Otherwise, this restaurant is OK.

Missing 2 items from the order. Got a half refund from uber eats. One of the burgers has a bite. Why would you pack it like that? Food sub standard, never again.
