I ordered quite recently from this mcdonald's a big tasty about half way through I chocked and had to force up vomit after Examining I found a second half of plastic thick blue in my burger please don't let your kids safety be comprised just imagine if this was in a kids burger

Just had a home delivery from here. Once again, missing at least one item. This time the Big Tasty with Bacon from a Big Tasty with Bacon Medium meal... It's seems this is the norm for McDs these days. My wife has had to trek out to get the missing burger from here.

Went twice.....long wait for food, was busy, very few staff.

I ordered off just eat today 20/12/2024 and after waiting almost two hours I went down to the McDonald's to make sure it hadn't disappeared.
When I got there I saw a crowd of delivery drivers and customers having waited for their food and rude workers behind the counter telling customers (or drivers, not sure) that "if you don't like it, cancel the order"
Wow, everyone expects poor service at McDonalds but this is just dreadful. Shows how little the staff care.

Painfully slow. Had to park and wait for 17 minutes. Chips cold and sauces supposed to accompany food forgotten.

Ordered food from here i live less than 7 minutes by car/bike from restaurant and although delivery was on time food was stone cold and had part of the order missing, I get you are busy at times and items can be missed but that doesn't mean the rest of order has to be stone cold drivers/riders are taking measures to ensure that food arrives hot and pleasant to eat not impressed at all, be a long time before order from here again

Food was what I expected, lady that brought the food was very polite, friendly and helpful, only problem was we wanted to sit by the window but it was so cold and drafty that was had to move.
