For years this has been the worst McDonalds by far, they are almost always getting orders wrong, or leaving items out entirely. Often food is cold or by the time you get what you paid for the hot drinks are cold or milkshake is melted. Unfortunately for me it's my local mcds.
If they ask you to pull around the front to wait for your order I would suggest you say no because you'll end up waiting 15 minutes and it'll still be wrong.

Asked to move car from disabled space while eating with Family to allow delivery truck to park or be boxed in for 1-2 hours. no customer service or equality skills whatsoever.

Only ever really had a coffee or milkshake from any McDonald's, which were ok.
Have tried a taste of some food, but wasn't a fan, so have never bothered to have an entire meal.

Has really gone downhill recently, used to be consistent and reliable but nearly every time now when I order online or collect for takeaway in person either an item is missing or I have been given the completely wrong thing. Since the refurbishment the standard has stripped significantly and it's become probably the worst McDonald's in Norwich.

Solid Maccies. The food is fresh and fast, and customer service is good. A chap called Josh was working the restaurant area yesterday and was very helpful and proactive.

Awful cold chicken selects and no dips!!! Always problems here never again. Also the manager needs sacking. Rude and obnoxious. The staff are useless
