Placed a order for one child two adults, driver turned up with one meal and a spilt coke, when I explained it wasn't mine he just left i couldnt complain to just eat because he didnt cancel the order, I contacted the store they left me on hold for 40 minutes then hung up on me will never order from here again rubbish customer service and I'm left out of pocket

The staff are all very friendly and will deal with any complaints straight away. It's kept very clean and toilets are regularly checked

ABYSMAL, my mate waited about 20 minutes for his food, in which time (because i am a good friend and do not dine without my brothers) my food also went stone cold. We asked about the order 20 minutes in, and they said they were waiting on a double cheesburger, but the waiting was comparable to the heat death of the universe, my bros frappe looked like it had been unearthed from an ancient greek burial site by the time the food came out. In addition the cheeseburger looked like it had been shoved in a locker and shook down for its lunch money. And on a final note, to the slim brunette working lobby. you fine as hell hit me uppp ? (thats why i put atmosphere at 5)

This place is a rip off, delivers wrong orders, won't answer phone to sort order. Ripping people off and taking there money, no respect for this company it's a joke can't even do there job.

This McDonald's is always very friendly, not so busy (upstairs) and always very helpful staff. Food was sublime. Was a lovely treat for the family and we really enjoyed it.

Just ordered the mc rib and absolutely shocking, dry as a bone barely any source on it and the chips were terrible, hard and unpleasant.
Can?t believe I wasted money on it, will not be using this mc Donald?s branch again £25 down the drain

Hello, who is the general manager of this McDonald's? I want to make a complaint that has been going on for a long time. I'm a food delivery man. There is a lady who works there who treats us delivery men with a lot of disrespect. She thinks we drivers are trash. I have a video, I have photos of this lady, and there are more than 10 drivers who are also ready to complain about her. The orders are usually ready and it doesn't deliver, it makes the drivers wait. And all other employees deliver the orders quickly. But this lady doesn't, she does it by implication. I wonder if she's a racist? Because we're not from that country? But she has to know that we have the right to work in the country, so we have the right to live here, live and work. I'll leave her photo here in the comments because I don't know her name. I hope to have an answer from an email so I can talk to the management. This is very unfortunate. We are also McDonald's customers on days off. She needs to treat everyone the same
